Samples Ranch has a new butcher shop that was designed with the experience that only years of hunting and butchering can provide. With drive-in access, separate skinning area, and a walk-in cooler, you will be hard pressed to find another processing facility that even comes close to this one.

Game animals brought to the butcher shop are gutted and skinned (if they haven't been already) and then hung in the cooler to age. Once the meat is properly cured, it is then ready for the butcher. The latest scientific methods of curing, cutting, mixing, and smoking the meat ensure that you get the best tasting finished product possible.
